Pilot) is a long term volunteer for RSF Dhaka Project. He visited on 23rd
October with Cabin crew Saskia Summer. The Children Welcomed Werner to school.
He brought toys, chocolates and biscuits as gifts for the children.

Fruit and Food bags Distribution
21st October 2012. It
was Fruit and also the Food Distribution
Day at School. Students were lined-up according to their grades as usual.
Names were called by Mr. Azad based
on the weekly class presence. Apples
were distributed as fruits.
Food Bags containing Rice, Lentil, Potato, Onions, Garlic & Eggs were distributed
among the students of KG-1 to Std-10. Bag full of diet food recommended by TDP
Medical Centre reduces the burden of nutrition among the student’s family. Food
distribution day is a happy day for
the student’s of RSF-Dhaka Project School.

Global Hand Washing Day 2012
RSF Dhaka Project celebrated “Global
Hand Washing Day” today on 15th October 2012 with Save the Children and Nari Maitree at school. At 10:30 AM the
program began showing Hand Washing cartoon of “Meena” by Unicef. Hand washing with soap is the single most
effective way to prevent diarrhea and acute respiratory infections (ARI).
At 11 AM 100 students learned the techniques of hand
washing and washed their hands. This technique has been developed by the World Health Organization and every one
around the world washes hands in this way. This technique removes all dirt,
bacteria from hands, fingers, finger nails, and wrist.
At 11:45 AM Students participated
in a 2 Km long rally with the guests from Save
the Children and Nari Maitree.
The Rally started from RSF Dhaka Project School, passed Kazi Bari Moore upto Chairman Bari and returned to School again.
People passing through the street were also taught the
techniques hand washing with soap.
At 2:30 PM Parents were also
taught the techniques hand washing with soap.
