A bridge for Ismail!
When some people join efforts...
After a series of poor school results Ismail took the chance to talk with Faria, the family counsellor of The Dhaka Project.
Ismail couldn't attend school regularly due to some obstacle surrounding his house. Faria went to visit Ismail's parents but couldn't reach the house because it was totally surrounded by deep wastewater.
This was a real unhealthy and uncomfortable situation for the family.
Volunteer Ferre promised to help if the parents assured that Ismail would go to school regularly.
The landlord agreed to allow a bridge to be built on his land.
Mr. Shimul (Local Volunteer) was happy to assist us and organize everything all to build a bamboo bridge.Volunteer Julie Tartaggia and Ferre donated 4000 BDT for this purpose.
