Food bags Distributed at Dhaka Project School


29th Sep 2011 was the Weekly Food Distribution Day of The Dhaka Project School. Students were lined-up according to their grades as usual. Names were called by Mr. Azad based on the weekly class presence.
Food Bags containing Rice, Lentil, Potato, Onions, Garlic & Eggs were distributed among the students of KG-1 to Std-9 from 3:30 P.M.
Bag full of weekly diet food recommended by TDP Medical Centre reduces the burden of nutrition among the student’s family. Food distribution day is a happy day for the student’s of The Dhaka Project School.

Primary Education Completion Mock Test



Grade 5 Students of The Dhaka Project School are busy on a 2 hour long Mock Test for Primary Education Completion Exam. 2011 which will start from November. The Exam will be held under Directory of Primary Education under Ministry of Education, Dhaka. A total of 6 Exams will be held in 6 days which includes Bangla, English, Mathematics, Introduction to Environment (Science), Introduction to Environment (Social) and Religion. This is the 2nd Batch of The Dhaka Project School to sit for a Primary Education Completion Exam.

Food bags Distributed at Dhaka Project School


22nd Sep 2011 was the Weekly Food Distribution Day of The Dhaka Project School. Students were lined-up according to their grades as usual. Names were called by Mr. Azad based on the weekly class presence. Double quantity of food was given to the students as they didn’t receive food bags last Thursday.
Food Bags containing Rice, Lentil, Potato, Onions, Garlic & Eggs were distributed among the students of KG-1 to Std-9 from 3:30 P.M.
Bag full of weekly diet food recommended by TDP Medical Centre reduces the burden of nutrition among the student’s family. Food distribution day is a happy day for the student’s of The Dhaka Project School.

Apple for Fruit Distribution


An apple a day keeps the doctor Away. 22nd September 2011, Mr. Azad distributed Apple among all the students of The Dhaka project School at 3:30 P.M. The kids of Dhaka Project should at least have the taste of each fruit each month. The price of Apple is very high in Dhaka. Fruit distribution day is always the happiest day of the month.

10th Sep 2011 was the Weekly Food Distribution Day of The Dhaka Project School. Students were lined-up according to their grades as usual. Names were called by Mr. Azad based on the weekly class presence. Double quantity of food was given to the students as they were on Eid Holiday.
Bags containing Rice, Lentil, Potato, Onions, Garlic & Eggs were distributed among the students of KG-1 to Std-9 from 3:30 P.M.

Alisha D’souza (Left, Newzealand) Chaima Dorioi (Tunisia)and Tarek Kassem (Right, Egypt) all Emirates Airline Cabin Crews visited The Dhaka Project on 10th September 2011.They brought Diapers and Cookies for the Dhaka Project kids.
They expressed their satisfaction towards the programs of the project.

8th September 2011, It was the Second Term Report Card Day of The Dhaka Project School (TDPS). The class teachers distributed Report Cards among the students from 10:00 AM.

It is compulsory for the parents to be present at School during the report card distribution. All students along with their parents seemed to be present. Students were advised to do even better in the up coming examination.
Parents were advised to take proper care of the weaker students. Some students were cautioned for getting poor grades.

The teachers were pleased with the students securing higher grades in the exam.

Ridon
(ID-900) of Play Group stood first position by securing the highest grade.
Well done Ridon. The Play Group Kids are the smallest kids to appear in Examination.

Toiletries Distribution at Dhaka Project




September 07, 2011, toiletries were distributed by Mr. Azad among all the students of The Dhaka Project School from KG 1 to Standard 9 at 11:00 A.M.
The toiletries included Shampoo, Lotion, Cream etc.
The Cabin Crews of Emirates Airline brought these items from Dubai through on flight to Dhaka.
The Dhaka Project is always grateful to them and also to all the anonymous donors in Dubai.

Chocolates Distributed to 500 Dhaka Project Kids



7th September 2011, First day at school after Eid Vacation.

Students of Daycare, Play Group, Nursery and High School were busy in their regular classes.

At 10:30 A.M. Chocolates were brought.

All the 500 kids were very happy when Mr.

Azad distributed Chocolates among the Kids. It was an exciting moment indeed.

The Cabin Crews of Emirates Airline bought these Chocolates for the children of The Dhaka Project School through Emirates Airline.


The Dhaka Project is always grateful to them.

Back To School


07th September 2011. The Four week long Ramadan and Eid vacation is over. All the kids of The Dhaka Project School were present. Every kid enjoyed their Eid Vacation.
Eid is a big Festival in Bangladesh. The kids get new dresses, shoes etc during this festival. All enjoy eating good food like Paes (porridge), fried rice, meat etc. It is a day on which relatives meet to greet with others. But it’s more fun coming Back to School.

Canalice & Mariola visits Dhaka Project


Canalice Grompelman (Left, Australia) and Mariola Oliva (Spain), Emirates Airline Cabin Crews visited The Dhaka Project on 06th September 2011. They brought Toiletries items such as shampoo, lotion, soap etc for the Dhaka Project kids.
They expressed their satisfaction towards the programs of the project. Although The Dhaka Project School was on vacation they were briefed of all the activities of the project. Canalice Grompelman and Mariola Oliva donated 2,000 Taka and 5,700 Taka respectively to The Dhaka project.
