100% Success in Primary Education Completion Exam 2011

This year the Standard Five (5) students of RSF Dhaka School & College deserve to be congratulated. The Result of Primary Education Completion Examination 2011 held under Directory of Primary Education under Ministry of Education, Dhaka was published yesterday 26th December. The National Pass rate is 97%.

49 students of RSF Dhaka School & College appeared in the Examination with a 100% pass. A success for the under privileged students. The Grade point Average (GPA) Score is Grade A = 12 Students, Grade – A = 24 Students, Grade B = 12 Students & Grade C = 01 Student.

Some students came to pay a visit to the Office and showed V for Success. Congratulations to All Students, Teachers and Staffs. Let’s keep-up our achievement.

Emirates Crew Nicolas, Mauro Dado, Marisana & Fabio

From Left Nicolas Bablee (Mauritius), Mauro Dado (Mozambique), Marisana Cekrlic (Serbia) and Fabio Del Zotto (Italy) all Emirates Airline Cabin Crew visited RSF Dhaka School & College (Dhaka Project) at 3:30 PM on 24th December 2011. They brought bag full of Chocolates as Christmas gifts for the Children. The Crews distributed the gifts themselves. They expressed their satisfaction towards the programs and donated 1,900 Taka and also 145 AED for the children of RSF Dhaka School & College. Sanitation Maintenance & Mosquito Spraying Program



RSF Dhaka School & College has 3 community toilets built for proper sanitation program. Among those one is for the local community and Two for RSF Dhaka School & College student’s family who didn’t have access to proper water & sanitation. The community toilet also needs maintenance. As a part of cleaning program the toilets were washed and cleaned and bleaching powder was spread to make them germ free on 20th December 2011. It will help the community to use hygienic sanitation and keep them healthy.

To ensure mosquito free community liquid Mosquito Spray was sprayed through Fogger Machine on the small ditches and around thrown away piled-up garbage on Kazi Bari Road and Mia Box Road on 21st December 2011. Mosquito will not spread such disease as malaria, dengue and others.

Let's Clean Bangladesh




'Let's Clean Bangladesh' – a regular program of RSF Dhaka School & College (The Dhaka Project) was held on 15th December 2011. It is a program to teach the community people to keep the society clean. A Clean environment can provide a healthy community.

200 Students from standard 3 to standard 9 were prepared with hand-gloves, Baskets and shovels to clean-up Gawair School Road, Gawair Madrasa Road, Kazi Bari Road, Mia Box Road, Prembagan Road under the supervision of Class teachers at 11:00 PM.

Students collected scattered garbage such as thrown away waste papers, packets and poly bags from the roads. All the garbage were gathered in a place and set on fire. It is a program to engage all the school children in this program to build awareness. A student can teach his/her family and community to keep clean by throwing garbage in to a dust bin.

After the cleansing, RSF Dhaka School & College team requested the community to keep the place clean by using garbage-drums already placed there.

Food Distribution


15th December 2011 was the Food Distribution Day at RSF-Dhaka School & College. Students were lined-up according to their grades as usual. The parent’s were present too. Names were called by Mr. Azad based on the weekly class presence. Food Bags containing Rice, Lentil, Potato, Onions, Garlic & Eggs were distributed among the students of KG-1 to Std-9 from 3:30 P.M. As the School is going on Winter Vacation for two weeks and will be opened on 1st January 2012. Bag full of weekly diet food recommended by RSF-Dhaka School & College Medical Centre reduces the burden of nutrition among the student’s family. Food distribution day is a happy day for the student’s of RSF-Dhaka School & College.
