Awareness program was conducted by Family
Counselor Masuka Faria and Dr Jahid Hossain on 28 July 2012. Students of Grade 4A
& 4B (Aged-12 yrs) were the participants. Volunteer Magid (France) was also
present. They were trained on First Aid and cautioned about Dog bite & Cat
bite, Fever, Wound, burn etc and what to do, recommendation, etc. Several
practical sessions were demonstrated too. The student sitting on the Right had an
injury while coming to school, she cut her toe. All students were shown how to
wash the injured area and dress it with antiseptic and cotton. This will help
the children to be safe and act upon what they have learned.
