National Polio Day

It was the National Polio Day in Bangladesh. Government of Bangladesh organized this program to provide vaccination for free among all kids under the age of five years. The Dhaka Project took all the students of the family under the age of five to the venue as a contribution to the nationwide government’s approach.

Most of the kids were very excited but some were very afraid about what is coming. Some of the student cried out of fear as well. All together it was a good experience for the kids.

The vaccines were Polio and Albendazole. Mainly children from nursery and pre-school were taken. Jeffry and Joanna volunteered to organize and take the children to the vaccination center. Such events ensure a healthy and brighter future of Bangladesh and The Dhaka Project ensures that none of its children should miss out from it.
