Exciting as it is, we were pleasantly surprised at the great support the Jebel Ali School has provided to The Dhaka Project!
Your school students' project to raise funds for the students in Dhaka through the sale of Lucky Starts was a phenomenal success! The AED 22,000 raised by your School will go towards the medical expenses of children and parents in Bangladesh.
While we were glad to raise funds for the project with you, what touched our hearts the most was the warm reception offered by your School to the TDP children - they were overwhelmed with the affection they received at your School. Thank you - this will stay in the hearts and minds of each TDP exchange students as a moment to cherish.
We look forward to your School's sponsorship of the TDP across 2009.
